Round Punch Shields & Wall Bags

You can buy either round punch shields that are rag or foam filled or empty as they are very easy to fill with torn up rags or foam pieces.

You can also purchase filled or empty Morgan wall bags to save on shipping as they are very easy to fill yourself.

The round shape punch shields are very popular as they are easy to hold against your stomach whilst your partner punches to condition yourself against impact so the holder can have a good workout too.

The round punch shields come with a zipper on the side so they can either be filled with cloth rags to make them heavy or they can be filled with high density impact absorbing foam to absorb more impact and are also much lighter and easier to hold. The high density foam absorbs much more impact than the heavier cut rag filled round shields.

If you live in a remote area where freight can be costly or you wish to purchase a large number of round strike shields then unfilled empty round punch shields are a much cheaper option as the covers are light and compact.

The round punch shields have strong opening zippers to make them very easy to fill with old clothes, towels and sheets ripped up or cut up into rag cloth. If you want the punch shield to be lighter and easier to hold then just add some foam in the middle that you can get from the filling of an old cushion or pillow.

The sectional wall bags also have zippers for easy filling with rice, beans or sand (not included) which is often used for conditioning your hands.
